Gingerbread Waffles

3 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
4 eggs
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup melted butter

Preheat waffle iron. In a large bowl combine 1st 5 ingredients.
In a separate bowl beat eggs and brown sugar together until fluffy.
Beat in remaining wet ingredients.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients just until moist.
Cook in the waffle iron.
