Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

3 1/2 C flour
3 C sugar
2 t baking soda
1 1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1 t nutmeg
1 C oil
3/4 C water
2 C canned pumpkin
4 eggs
6 oz chocolate chips

Sift dry ingredients. Mix oil, water, eggs, and pumpkin. Add to dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips. Put into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

**Same recipe makes 6-9 mini loaf pans. Bake 45 minutes.
